SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
This policy is an integral part of these Conditions of Sale and has to be fully read and accepted by you at the time you submit your order. Here is information on shipping and delivery procedures applied for every country we ship to. Please note that this policy may change in order to improve our services. That’s why we recommend you to read it carefully every time you place an order.
- DELIVERY TIME
For sustainability reasons, we do not work with big stocks in order to reduce our carbon footprint. So, please note that not all of our products are in stock and available for next day shipping. Therefore, it may take up to 14 working days for us to create and send your order. To this amount of time is added the shipping time that depends on the country from which the order was placed. Please note that RUE RA is not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company or by destination customs clearance processes.

European Union Countries – 40 € (DPD or FedEx)

You will receive a tracking number in the email announcing you that your order has been dispatched. You can track your orders by accessing Urgent Cargus Tracking and DPD Tracking for Romania, or DPD Tracking and FedEx Tracking for the EU. - TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipments within the EU aren’t subject to any customs or import charges, but each territory works differently according to customs law. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
If you want to order from a non-EU country please contact us. We will give you more details about taxes and duties, because in that case you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments.
